Stu the Stegosaurus is the older brother of Daddy Dino & father to Stu the Baby Stegosaurus. Like his son, Big Stu also adores food of the fungi variety & makes a delicious mushroom risotto that he tops with a generous serving of parmesan cheese. Stu has a keen interest in Italian culture & likes to spend his Sundays poring through Italian recipe books, dreaming of Tuscan sunsets & plodding leisurely down the aisles of Mediterranean Wholesalers in Brunswick.
